All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund — no hassle.
📸 We may ask for a photo of the issue for quality tracking.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for postal delays, packages lost due to incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries. Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout.
